NEW! CHRISTMAS IN JULY

  This is a new idea for us.  Since many grandparents have been unable to have much contact with their families during the pandemic, they have especially missed being with their grandchildren.  We thought of an idea to help them have a one on one fun experience and to create a new memory without COVID restrictions.

    On Saturday, July 24,2021 between 12:00 noon and 3:00 p.m. we are offering a small Christmas in July event for grandparents to enjoy with a grandchild on the Town Common.  We have contracted with Don Landgren, a professional caracturist, to create a colored hand drawn caracature of any grandparent with his/her grandchild (or greatgrandchild, or favorite neice or nephew).  This is alot of fun and the final work of art is yours to take home as a momento.  These also make fun gifts. So please, come and join us.  Since we do not how many will be taking advantage of this great opportunity, we would appreciate a call from those coming to make an appointment.  And give yourself time to watch the artist at work.  There is no fee for this event as it is a Christmas in July gift from us to you.  However, donations are always gratefuly accepted.
