Dog Information
PLEASE NOTE IT IS NOW AFTER JUNE 1ST AND A $25.00 FEE WILL NOW BE ADDED TO YOUR DOG LICENSE!
All dogs 6 months of age or older must be licensed each year with the Town of Oakham. Licenses are only available thru the Town Clerk's Office and may be purchased in person or by mail. In order to license your dog you must present the following items to the Town Clerk's Office:
- A copy of a valid rabies certificate
- A spayed/neutered certificate (if applicable) for first time licensing dog.
- A check made payable to "Town of Oakham" for the correct amount. Mail to the Town Clerk:

- A self-addressed, stamped envelope to have it mailed back to you
Dog licenses-Annual (April 1 to March 31)

| Transfers | $2.00 |
| Late Fee (after June 1) | $25.00 |
Late fee of $25.00 for each dog if licensing after June 1st (unless it is a new dog or you are a resident licensing for the 1st time)
