BOH Meeting Minutes 7/19/2023
- Present: All Board Members, Trevor Bruso LRPHC, Miriam Nyante LRPHC
- Meeting called to order at 5:02 pm.
- Reviewed and approved the minutes from the June 14th 2023 meeting. Still need to approve May.
- Old Business
- Administrative Assistant Update- new clerk is understanding role, all set.
- Complaints/Communications- Trevor Bruso LRPHC gave update
- Discussed ongoing issues on Crawford Rd as well as steps to achieve a resolution.
- Also discussed an issue with trash on a property on South Rd.
- Board voted in favor to accept and take Agent (Bruso)’s recommendations on a plan of action.
- Review Payments
- The board reviewed and voted in acceptance of payments/deposits from 6/14/23-7/19/23.
- New Business
- Miriam Nyante from LRPHC introduced herself as the new shared service coordinator.
- Reviewed some of the functions of the coalition.
- Asked for 1 representative from the board to attend monthly meetings with other towns in the coalition, Aaron Langlois will be the representative from Oakham BOH.
- Discussed the desire to adopt some of the applications used by the LRPHC, would have to edit forms and upload to website. Also discussed the potential of updating fees for certain services. Will be looked into further.
- Miriam Nyante from LRPHC introduced herself as the new shared service coordinator.
