BOH Meeting Minutes 6-14-23

Meeting minutes June 14th, 2023

All members in Attendance - Aaron Langlois, Ariana O'Neill and Diana Vanoudenhove

• Kelly from Treasure Valley was in attendance.
• Treasure Valley applied for a special waiver for staffing for the 2023 season. West and East under 1 director. Casey, RN and Lancy would be staffed along with Paramedic who is there overnight. Gormelly is the paramedic. Other RN's can be subbed in on a by need basis. The motion was passed to approve the waiver, seconded. Kelly exited the call, moving proceeded on. Aaron Langlois abstained from discussion, due to a conflict of interest.
• New Business - we discussed the revolving account. Fees, permits, and licenses can now all go through this account. Phil's/BOH agents portion remaining can also go into revolving account.
• Recycling Day- discussion on the event. What can we do differently next year? One call was mentioned, visual board for street clean up, push or sell tee-shirts. Dumpster Services has been paid for their services for the event.
• Kylie, new clerk settling in nicely. We discussed the competency check list, she was shown storage area, given a tour, and shown sharps disposal.
