COVID-19 Update:

total cases through state reporting 9; Nov 7; year to date 172, This does not include at all at home testing

NRPHC will be managing COVID cases now- email corresponde4nce received 12/21

Antigen Tests - New Batch coming

Over 300 cases in town hall.- EXP  feb 2023

1080 tests with an expiration of June 2023due to arrive as well as gloves.

Administrative Assistant update

Job Posted, No applicants yet. All permits are processed. North Brookfield proposed a job share. Voted Unanimous to support the continued conversations and to talk with BOS.

Discussion of Shared Services with Leicester as part of State Funding Grant – vote possible

Main issue brought to my attention from LRPHC was the lack of communication and having no consistent contact. Plan to thoroughly train our new clerk. The clerk needs to be their direct point of contact.

LRPHC will perform two inspections per year for food.

We need to send LRPHC a complete list of all upcoming inspections so they can create and manage a schedule. They also would like the list from 2021. -Sent

LRPHC strives to form relationships with the community. I can head this up with their Human Services Agent, Merriam. She would like to meet the Senior Center Director and Library Director. Diana to coordinate

Nursing services- LRPHC is asking if we want these?

Trevor is trying to upload our forms on their site but is being blocked by their server. He will update on this later, might be a work around.

Quarterly meetings are held in Leicester
