COVID-19 Update (Case # Review and Status of Public Health Nurse)

Antigen Tests

• 500 tested since august. supply remains. 

Administrative Assistant posting/vacancy

• reviwed propas by chair approved unanimously
• chair to represent board at board of selectman meeting 2/7 where approval of posting will occur

2022-2023 Budget Proposal

• reviewed proposal by chair of level funding from 2021
• 3000 for part time wages an increase of 2000 from previous year (for admin and possibly public health nurse)
• 4500 is for expenses a reduction of 2000 from previous year
• stipends remain the same at 2100
• chair submitted this proposal to the BOS at thier request prior to this meeting, BOH members voted unanimously to approve this budget request.

Annual Report 

• overdue and in process

Sharps update 

• Stericycle collected sharps from recycling day on 1/25/22. Received additional box for new sharps collected since. 
• great acceptance of sharp container within town hall. members will need to assist in emptying and bringing to utility room in basement where box is located. Pick up will need to occur prior to june 30th 2022.

• December meeting minutes will need to be reviewed and approved at the next meeting
• January minutes reviewed and approved at completion of meeting. All in Favor.
