Municipal Lien Certificate
To request a municipal lien certificate, send letter of request and a check in the amount of $25 made payable to the Town of Oakham.
Please include the following information in your letter of request:
- Assessor's Map and Lot
- Name of Assessed Owner
- Location of Property
- Legal Description or copy of deed, if possible
- A self-addressed, stamped envelope
Please allow 7 to 14 business days for return.
