The Town Collector's office collects Real Estate, Personal Property, Motor Vehicle Excise and Title V Septic Loan payments. All of these bills may be paid in the following ways:
IN PERSON
To pay your bill in person, you must visit the Collector's office in the Town Hall during regular office hours.
DROP OFF
The Oakham Town Hall has a mail slot under the window to the left of the door. Please enclose your payment and a copy of your bill in an envelope. DO NOT LEAVE CASH.
BY MAIL
Tax Bills may be mailed to 2 Coldbrook Road, Unit #2, Oakham, MA 01068. If you wish to receive a receipt by return mail, please include both copies of the bill along with a self addressed, stamped envelope.

The Town of Oakham has an agreement with Unibank to collect current Real Estate and Motor Vehicle Excise bills online. By clicking on the "online payments" you will be brought to Unibank's official site. Please have your tax bill and checkbook in front of you for reference before you begin the process. You will be guided through a series of steps so that your payment is deducted directly from your checking account and sent electronically to the Town's account. If you wish, you may request that an email be sent to your computer to confirm that the payment has been received by the Collector. There is no charge for this service. Late bills may not be paid through this process.
You may also use a credit card to pay. You will be charged a fee to do so. You will be given the amount of the fee due before you start that transaction.
