ALL DOGS 6 MONTHS OF AGE OR OLDER MUST BE LICENSED EVERY YEAR
Dog licenses are due April 1st of each year and expire March 31st of the following year. All dogs licensed after June 1st will be charged a late fee of $25.00 per dog.
To license your dog(s) by mail
You must send the following items:
1. This completed form.
2. A check made payable to the "Town of Oakham"
(See license fees)
3. A self addressed stamped envelope (if not picking
up in person).
4. A copy of each dog(s) valid Rabies Certificate
